Where does Comfyne ship from? (Import Duties)
Our products are made in North America and ship from Toronto.
Our keys and locks are sourced from China.
If you are outside of the US/Canada, be aware that you may be charged for customs/import tax, usually a similar amount to sales tax in your area.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Is shipping discrete?
Yep!
We ship our products in a small white box, with nothing particularly identifying. If you're ordering from overseas, we may have to put in a customs declaration that will identify the items as "3D Printed Novelties"
Safety
Chastity cages as a whole are a use-at-your-own-risk, and Comfyne cages are no exception.
We thoroughly test our cages and do everything we can to ensure their safety, but each person is unique and may react differently to shapes and materials. If you notice any skin issues during use, including
chafing, bruising, swelling, or other issues, please take a break at minimum, and seek medical attention if necessary.
We recommend trying the cage on for short periods (minutes or hours) for at least a week, before using it for a longer time.
Material
Our cages are made of Nylon 12, the industry standard for high quality plastic cages.

Our cages and rings are designed to have a tight friction fit to prevent pinching and wobbling between them.
Simply wiggle the cage and ring horizontally (not vertically), and they should release very easily.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
To cancel your order, send us an email or website chat (bottom right corner here) with your order ID and cancellation request.
Since these items are custom made, and we start to process orders immediately after we receive them, we offer a 50% refund on orders that have not yet been shipped.
Requests for refund on shipped orders are managed on a case-by-case basis and may not be refunded at all.
